One-on-One Makeup Lesson

Have you ever wondered if you're wearing the right makeup for your skin type and colouring? Or if you're applying your makeup in the right way to bring out your features?

A one-on-one makeup lesson provides you with the skills to help you look your best every day.

In your lesson I will cover:

Selecting the appropriate products and tools
Correct application of products
Highlighting your best features
Tips and tricks of the trade

Your makeup lesson will run for an hour and a half to two hours. If you wish to have another person present at the makeup lesson, the second person is charged at a discounted rate.

In the lesson we cover only one look. If you'd like to do more than one look, the second is charged at a discounted rate and can be done on the same day or at another time.

This makeup lesson makes a great gift, and gift vouchers are available on request.

Young Teens - Makeup Basics Workshop

For young girls, starting to wear makeup is a big step and can be daunting as well as exciting. Early teenage years are hard, and there is no better way to boost their self confidence by giving them the opportunity to learn how to properly apply their makeup.

In this workshop I will cover how to properly apply a light coverage of foundation and powder, blush, mascara and a little bit of eyeliner and lip gloss subtly. I will also cover what products to use, how to use them and to enchance their natural beauty. I will also cover basic skin care.

The workshop starts with a demonstration on the hostess.Then all the guests will be able to practice the makeup on themselves or a partner using professional products, and recieve personal assistance.

Each guest will recieve a booklet containing all the information covered in the workshop to keep as future reference.

The workshop will run for approximately 2 hours. A minimum of 5 guests is required, with a maximum of 12.

Teens - Everyday Makeup Workshop

Doing makeup before school and before you go anywhere can be sometimes be really frustraitng and tedious. Everything will feel much easier if you know how to quickly apply makeup that you know looks good and that you can do properly.

In this workshop I will cover how to properly apply foundation, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick/lip gloss. I will also cover what products to use, how to use them and how to enhance your natural beauty.

Adults - Everyday/Evening Makeup Workshop

Many women don't realize they can't wear their makeup the same way they did in their early twenties due to changes in their face shape, skin texture etc. Products and fashion trends change, and so should your makeup.

In this workshop I cover how to apply a full face of makeup including foundation, concealer, powder, blush/bronzer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. I will design a look for each guest to highlight their best features, and help choose products including colours and textures to give the best finish.

The lesson will run for approximately 2 hours. A minimum of 5 guests is required, with a maximum of 12.

Booklets including all the information covered in the workshop as well as a step-by-step how to, will be available for $2.

Stage Makeuo Demo or Workshop

Stage Makeup is a totally different concept to everday makeup as you have to make all your features bigger and more prominent to show up under stage lights and for the audience to see your face from the very back row.

I can focus these workshops on makeup for dance, musicals, plays or even character makeups.

I offer the stage makeup workshops in two different packages - for large or small groups.

If there is a large group (more than 10) I will do a demonstration on a guest explaing all the details as I go. Questions can be asked at any time. The reason this service is not offered as a workshop is due to the amount of equipment and products that would be required.

If there is a small group (10 or under) I offer this package as a workshop. The guests will watch a demonstrations and then practice on themselves or a partner using professional stage makeup products and receive personal assistance.

Each guest will be given a booklet including all the information coverd in the workshop as well as a step-by-step how to, to keep as future reference.
